Circles of Light
Group Coaching: Personal and. Collective Growth
A typical Circle starts with a guided meditation followed by several exercises and activities to reflect on a theme that allows us to find our answers inside and inspire us to live more authentically, guided by our hearts. Participants are encouraged to share their findings, but nobody is ever pressured to do so. We finish with a final meditation and call to action to keep the practices that would allow us to keep learning as part of our daily life. Sometimes we are moved by synchronicities among the group, we may cry and laugh, and most people report a great sense of peace afterward. Guiding these Circles has become one of my favorite, most enriching activities. Some Circles are only for women, some are for both men and women. When we had to reinvent ourselves due to the impossibility of meeting in person, we evolved to a very successful format of Virtual Circles that allow us to connect with people in different parts of the globe
Getting together with a group of people interested in learning and improving themselves is quite a magical experience. The level of vulnerability and trust that is built in the sacred place forged in a Circle becomes the perfect ground for self-reflection. Connections are made and inspiration is sure to follow. Having a non-judgemental environment where people can express themselves and open up is one of these adventures' most important gifts. Participants are encouraged to be compassionate with themselves and the rest of the group. By connecting to our hearts, we become one with the Universe, which allows us to live more fulfilling lives.
